The Lighthouse Hotel & Residence is located on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture of Lighthouse Hotel and Residence's was designed to capture the light of the rising sun so that the rays of the sun fall directly into the complex's interior. During the night time, the roof will be lit and an arc of light will be projected across the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. The Lighthouse Hotel will offer 380 rooms for their guest who want to experience this magnificent hotel.
The Lighthouse Residence will offer 200 two, three, four bedroom apartments which will be available on 99-year leasehold.
The Palm Residence (Al Nabat and Al Haseer)
Located on the eastern shore of the trunk of Palm Jumeirah are the two residential apartment buildings namely Al Nabat and Al Haseer.
