The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will introduce a new set of
procedures for qualifying driving instructors and examiners in a bid to
streamline training and testing, Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of the Licensing
Agency in the authority, said in a statement recently.
The new procedures will come into effect in November and will be
enforced for a period of 34 weeks during which trainees will be
deployed in groups so that the driving tests of candidates will not be
affected.
“Traffic safety is absolutely important and the RTA is making efforts to provide the best training.
