Dubai: Dubai is introducing a series of visas for foreign investors in the property sector, a senior official said.
"We have proposals to that effect to the government of Dubai authority
for verifying reports of ownership of a visa to the buyer. Once this
law is adopted, it could be implemented at federal level," Marwan Bin
Galit, Executive Director of Dubai real estate Regulatory Agency (RER)
Gulf News said yesterday.
"There is no direct relationship
between ownership and residence visas. Developers should not attract
real estate investors with the promise of a visa.
