This is another great residential development by Emaar. A villa-only compound set in lush green gardens – the Arabian Ranches is a favourite among expatriate families. Located on Emirates Road, it’s a bit far from Dubai city. However, as Dubai gets more and more crowded, residential areas such as Arabian Ranches can give you peace and quiet away from it all. You won’t have to go far, as the estate features many cafés, restaurants, shops and even one of Dubai’s top schools – Jumeirah English Speaking School. Arabian Ranches also boasts the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, a state-of-the-art equestrian facility for Dubai’s riding and polo enthusiasts.
Arabian Ranches truly sounds like somewhere you can call home. Do keep in mind that the villas don’t come cheap. Moreover, many of the villa owners chose to live there rather than rent it. So, coming across an available one may not be that easy.
