A more established suburb of Dubai, Garhoud is a prime location, close
to Garhoud Bridge – the main crossing over the Creek which splits the
city in two. Accommodation here is a mix of independent villas and
apartments, which are mostly older – and often larger - than those in
other parts of town. There are a few great restaurants in the area such
as Chili’s and Garlico’s and close to Deira City Centre – Dubai’s most
popular mall.
On the other had, you can rarely find vacant apartments and the area is
often congested with traffic due to heavy construction. However, as
construction comes to an end, we expect Garhoud to get a break from all
the traffic.
Properties only available for rent.
