International City is the newest addition to the housing scene in
Dubai. It is located on the Dubai-Hatta road, right next to Dragon Mart
- a huge trade mall. Some people would consider it ‘in the middle of
nowhere’ but it’s actually just a short drive away from Dubai city.
It’s made up of clusters of apartment buildings, each resembling the
architecture of a certain country. Up to now, there’s Persia, China,
Morocco, Spain, France, England and a few others. The quality of the
area isn’t the best but it’s considered one of the most affordable
places to live in Dubai which is a top priority for many.
