Satwa’s proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah, coupled with relatively cheap rent, make it a great place to live. Unlike Jumeirah, you can find a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at reasonable prices. You may even find some villas for rent, but most of them seem to be quite old with little maintenance. Despite its proximity to Jumeirah, Satwa is considered of a lower standard. However, this may all change as more and more upscale establishments, such as the Ghazal Mall, make an appearance.
