These residential areas are located within the Emirates Living Community, off Sheikh Zayed Road. Although close to Emirates Hills, they are not as lavish, or as expensive. They are not inexpensive, but are affordable and perfect for those with families as they are away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to have all amenities a short drive away, if not closer. The area also has many restaurants, cafés, pools and beautiful landscaping. Some of Dubai’s best schools are in and around these compounds including Dubai International Academy, Emirates International School, Dubai British School, and Regent School.
